Statewide scholarship program helps low-income Arizona families afford tuition at participating Quality First-rated child care centers and homes for children birth to age 5.

Who can join

  • •Low-income families with children birth to age 5
  • •Child must attend a participating Quality First child care site
  • •Up to 2 Quality First and 2 PEEPS scholarships per household

How to apply, step by step

  1. 1Ask your child care provider if they participate in Quality First Scholarships
  2. 2Complete the Family Application with required documents
  3. 3Submit application to the participating provider for processing

  • •What is the total weekly or monthly cost?
  • •Is there a staff member who speaks Spanish every day?
