- •Children, teens and young adults ages 3-26 living in foster, kinship, or out-of-home care
- •Must be referred through a partner social service agency

How to apply, step by step
- 1Partner agency or caseworker submits a program request
- 2Art Heals Arizona schedules the child for a Free Arts Day, camp, or weekly mentor program
- 3Child participates at no cost to the family
